This is a Harry Potter fan-roleplay that takes place in a different universe. Nearly everything is the same. The magic rules, the classes, the way the school is set up, ect. The only difference? There are no humans here.
Only Anthros.

There isn't one. :C If you have an idea for a plot, please message me and we'll work something out. Right now it's a day-to-day roleplay mostly consisting of character interaction.

Concerning Anthros

• If you are unaware of what an anthro is, allow me to give you a small idea. The actual definition of what makes an anthro is up for debate, but this is my take on the matter and what will be accepted in this particular roleplay. Therefore, in this context, none of the other ideas of what anthros are matter other than mine. x3
  In basic terms, anthropomorphizing is taking This and turning it into This.
  In other words, it is a highly personified animal. To the point where they have the human body type, but it is furred, and they have a tail and the animal's head. (But the head can be cartoonish and have human expressions.)
  This is not an anthro. That is a Neko. Not accepting Nekos. Sorry, I know they're cute, but that's not what this roleplay is consisting of.
  
• I am accepting real animals. That means animals that do exist, or have existed. Yes. I will accept a Sabertooth. Or a raptor.
  I will also accept extreme hybrids. CaninexBird? Have at it. But the biggest mixture of animals I will accept is 2. You cannot have a birdxdogxhorsexmonkey.
  Also, I will not accept fantasy animals for the anthros. "But Kina, there ARE fantasy animals in Harry Potter!" I am aware of this. They will still be in the story as NPC's and such. But no, you may not play as them. This is because the anthros are supposed to represent humans. Meaning I'm trying to keep them somewhat normal. (You know, besides the wizard what-dee-do thing). You didn't see a dragon in Harry Potter waving a wand. (Granted, you didn't see a shih-tzu doing that either, but hey, here we are.) And this is also to keep people from making their characters obnoxiously over powered. "I'm a Dragon so i'm super strong, near invincible, and can breathe FIRE!" Yeah- no. No one wants that, trust me.
  That said, because humans could be turned into Were-wolves in the books, this can also happen here. (Though seeing as they are already animals, the effects will not turn them into a wolven creature, but more so send them into a frenzied, rabid state on the full moon.)
  
• This is going to be heart breaking for some, and I apologize in advance, but even if your anthro is an avian and has wings, you can not give your anthro natural flight. I'm sorry, but what would be the point of brooms if the anthros could fly? That, and just as we humans are not built for flight, technically neither are anthros. And this is because I am only accepting correct wings. Meaning they sprout from the arm, not the back or the shoulder blades. Even bird avians, who would have lighter bone structure, will still only be able to glide a bit. They will not get any height from flapping them and would look about as silly as we would if we tied giant leaves to our arms and tried to fly. x3
  On a similar note, for the sake of convenience above all, anthros that have gills will also have lungs. So they can breath under and above water- making Gillyweed only necessary for non-aquatic anthros. How can aquatic anthros have lungs AND gills?
  Maaagic~. *Waves fingers*
  
• Pelt colors. I will be rather lenient on this as long as you don't go mad. Sure, you can make your husky pinkish. No, you can't make your husky a Gay Pride float. (Just a joke, no offense meant.)
  

Concerning Characters

• This is not a second gen. rp. This means no "Potter"s, "Weasley"'s, or "Malfoy"'s. Sorry. As far as this rp is concerned, those names have no merit.
  
• Please no Mary-sues/Gary-stus. Create a character with some depth- some problems and bad habits. Flesh out your character. It makes the whole experience of the roleplay a lot more interesting.
  
• I ask that you not use a play-by. You may use a few for reference to stem off of for your descriptions, but otherwise, please don't use them. Now I know I just lost half of you, but here is why I say this. I know a few anthro artists that I roleplay with that are huge about not having their art used in such a way. I'm just making sure that you guys don't get in trouble. If you want, I can draw your character for you. If you are having a hard time coming up with an appearance because you aren't used to Anthros, just do this- make you character as if you were making a human. That helps to flesh out a human appearance, does it not? Now, what animal is that character most like? Ok, now take that characters accessories and defining features and morph them into that animal. It may be a little difficult, but if you scan over a few anthro drawings, you may be able to get the idea. If you're still having problems, feel free to ask me! I would love to help out.
  

Concerning Posts

• Please have some good substance to pull from in your posts. This means at least 150 words.
  
  
• NO GODMODDING OR POWERPLAYING. Powerplaying is pretty annoying, but Godmodding makes me want to PUNCH KITTENS. KITTENS. Your character WILL get hurt in one way or another, this is unavoidable. In a fight, your character can only dodge an attack 2 times in a row before you will be forced to let them get hit. If you don't think you can handle having your character get hurt, use a different, less close one.
  
  
• I will not allow any sexual content above PG13 in this specific roleplay. Anywhere else on the forum, go ahead- it's allowed. Hell, you can make your own thread just for them and that for all I care. But not here. I doubt that this will be a problem considering the subject matter, but I still want to get that out there. I don't know if others care or not, but I for one don't want to read it. Sorry.
  As far as gore goes, I could care less- go R rated for all I care. As long as I don't SEE gore, it doesn't bother me, typically. You can have at that.
  
  
• Correct grammar, punctuation, spelling and capitalization will be encouraged, but of course we all make mistakes. As long as your posts aren't word salad, I can deal with a typo here or there.
  
  
• I ask that you be willing to change or alter a post should it not make sense. Like, if it's contradicting to a previous post, please be open to fixing it. It's not hard.
